DAY 1 + Day 2

I am so much glued to my GIVE-AWAY BLOG  + My PC is gone for repair :'( that I did not get any time to put down my so called pledged day to day dealings with this mission. :|


It's 2 days late but anyways!! :p


Day 1: MORNING WORKOUT : 10 min breathing Yoga + 10 crunches + 15 min brisk *super* walk +                                                                                
                                                       arms excercise *yeah gotta reduce THAT!!* :(     
                             BREAKFAST :  chhola kulcha (Indian Light meal) + 1 Pear
                                      LUNCH :  chhola kulcha + Lemonade (salted)
                   EVENING SNACK :  bhelpuri (Indian snack)
                                    DINNER : Biryani :| *mom always ends up making wrong things at wrong times*
                  NIGHT WORKOUT : 1 hour brisk walk *yes i DID*  *wink wink*


Day 2: MORNING WORKOUT : 10 min breathing Yoga + 15 crunches + 20 min brisk *super* walk +                                                                                
                                                       arms excercise 
                             BREAKFAST :  Whole wheat bread with potato curry (Indian  meal) + 1 Pear
                                      LUNCH :  2 small rotis (Indian Naan) + Potato curry (Indian) + Lemonade (salted)
                   EVENING SNACK :  dim sums (VEG + steamed)
                                    DINNER : Pizza :| *mom had not made anything else*
                  NIGHT WORKOUT : 1/2 hour brisk walk cuz I was doing some art work!!


Conclusion : Well I am able to go well with my workouts.And am gradually increasing the level.But I really gotta do something about my diet intake.It is not going as per me. :| Or as per it should go.I think I need to make my 1st diet chart and follow it.Phew!!Am waiting for my home station to be back so that I can sit home and make.


P.s. Yeah I am blogging from my work place ^_^ :p


P.s.s I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if anyone out their reading this will post their suggestions/diets/tips/help/experiences. Anything will do. :p


P.s.s. For those who do not know what "chhola kulcha is" well the chhola is a gravy base veggie made of peas,onion,tomato,garlic,ginger and very light masalas(spices), and kulcha is an INDIAN BREAD made of flour and baked in hot tandoor(earthy oven)...Adding a photograph of the same for you people ^_^

Start up!!

Before I start off..I will provide the basic stats of me!!


My height : 5.11" *yeah m tall :P * (P.s. : way too tall)
My weight : 176 pounds :| *no comments*
My BMI : 24.6 (considered just healthy)
My DESIRED WEIGHT : 143 pounds *bliss*
My start up date : 29th August 2011
My Goal Date : 6th October 2011 (though people say it is very short span and not healthy *don't care*)
My Don'ts : No PORK/BEEF/RED MEAT and BIG NO TO RICE/OIL/SUGAR!!! :|
My Do's : FISH/CHICKEN, leafy vegetables,fruits,curd and H2O -_-
My goal each day : 1.To Have 8 glasses of water!!
                               2.Have healthy breakfast
                               3.Have lightest dinner possible
                               4.Have Dinner by 8 max. (since I am an Indian,we have dinner late at nights)
                               5.Have at least one fruit daily.
                               6.No useless snacks
                               7.Discover at least 1 healthy recipe once a week!!
                               8.Measure meal proportions as much as I can. :|
My Motivation : From random places each week


I will make sure to post in my new Healthy diet takes, exercises and inspirations!!
                               
In the end I will post my snaps which I will take from today till my goals get achieved. For me and my ghostly readers to know the REAL difference. SO EXCITED!! ^_^
