I am so much glued to my GIVE-AWAY BLOG + My PC is gone for repair :'( that I did not get any time to put down my so called pledged day to day dealings with this mission. :|
It's 2 days late but anyways!! :p
Day 1: MORNING WORKOUT : 10 min breathing Yoga + 10 crunches + 15 min brisk *super* walk +
arms excercise *yeah gotta reduce THAT!!* :(
BREAKFAST : chhola kulcha (Indian Light meal) + 1 Pear
LUNCH : chhola kulcha + Lemonade (salted)
EVENING SNACK : bhelpuri (Indian snack)
DINNER : Biryani :| *mom always ends up making wrong things at wrong times*
NIGHT WORKOUT : 1 hour brisk walk *yes i DID* *wink wink*
Day 2: MORNING WORKOUT : 10 min breathing Yoga + 15 crunches + 20 min brisk *super* walk +

BREAKFAST : Whole wheat bread with potato curry (Indian meal) + 1 Pear
LUNCH : 2 small rotis (Indian Naan) + Potato curry (Indian) + Lemonade (salted)
EVENING SNACK : dim sums (VEG + steamed)
DINNER : Pizza :| *mom had not made anything else*
NIGHT WORKOUT : 1/2 hour brisk walk cuz I was doing some art work!!
Conclusion : Well I am able to go well with my workouts.And am gradually increasing the level.But I really gotta do something about my diet intake.It is not going as per me. :| Or as per it should go.I think I need to make my 1st diet chart and follow it.Phew!!Am waiting for my home station to be back so that I can sit home and make.

P.s.s I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if anyone out their reading this will post their suggestions/diets/tips/help/experiences. Anything will do. :p
P.s.s. For those who do not know what "chhola kulcha is" well the chhola is a gravy base veggie made of peas,onion,tomato,garlic,ginger and very light masalas(spices), and kulcha is an INDIAN BREAD made of flour and baked in hot tandoor(earthy oven)...Adding a photograph of the same for you people ^_^
